My name is Kay Miller and I’m so excited to introduce you to SheADV Chef!
SheADV Chef is a place where we can all come together to inspire, create, learn and share adventure travel meals together. Traveling and camping on your moto doesn’t have to mean the end of fabulous and nutritious meals. You can easily create ‘one pot quick fix meals’ or ‘full on gourmet skillet fixins’ right out of your panniers.
Or, how about those meals we construct from our finds at the mini-mart and fuel centers? It can be surprisingly exciting to find a basket of fresh fruit on the counter or maybe even a box of vegetables tuck away in the cooler. I’ve even asked clerks and wait staff if I can purchase fresh fruit, vegetables and even small quantity of spices and oil. They are often more than happy to help, and are full of questions about my adventure.
Please check back often and poke around, as I’ll be adding recipes and useful travel tips. Please share your favorite recipe, photos, cooking gear, and tips and I’ll post it right here, on SheADV Chef. Happy cooking!
