SA Where do you currently live? Why do you live there?
EO Where my bike stops 😀 My husband and I rented our home out in 2015 and are now ‘professional hobo’s’ travelling the world.
SA What or who inspired you to ride a motorcycle?
EO My first motorised two-wheeler was a scooter I bought from a friend after high school as my parents were not to keen for girls to be on bikes. After a few years of engine troubles and struggles to register the scoot, I gave up and ‘life’ happened. Studies, work, 4×4-ing, moving around and then at 27 I re-discovered motorcycles! (Partly thanks to a guy that wanted to show off when he pillioned me! It motivated me to learn to ride by myself.) I loved the freedom immediately and thanks to my husband, training and great friends riding became more prominent in my life.

EO Suzuki DR650, Suzuki DRZ400, BMW Dakar 650, BMW GS1200 and holding on to my dad’s old BSA.
