Fancy Ramen Noodles
Why do Ramen noodles always taste amazing when you're camping? Well, I guess everything tastes better when you're camping. You don't have to just settle for plain ol' Ramen noodles soup though! Add whatever vegetables or protein you have on hand and use more or less water depending how soupy you want it.

Cook Time 3 minutes
Passive Time 5 minutes

Ingredients
  • 1 package Ramen Noodles
  • 1 small Carrot
  • 5 flowerettes Broccoli Zucchini or summer peas are great too!
  • .5 small Onion or green onion
  • .5 small Red or green pepper The packages of small red, yellow & orange peppers travel well.
  • 1 tsp Spices or Soy Sauce Leave the included spice packet out, or only use half if you don't like the additives. Add your own spices.
  • 1 oz Tofu, Beef or Pork Jerky
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp Oil

Instructions
  1. Chop veggies julienne style.
  2. Sauté veggies in oil for 5 minutes.
  3. Boil water, and add Ramen noodles and either the spice packet, or your own mix.
  4. Add the chopped veggies and protein, let sit 5 minutes until noodles are tender.
