BJ Hessler, DC Dirt Camp
BJ Hessler is the founder and head coach of DC Dirt Camp, one of the largest off-road motorcycle training schools on the East Coast. An MSF-certified Dirt Bike Coach with over 30 years of riding experience, BJ is known for her focus on safety, confidence-building, and making off-road riding accessible—especially for women. She’s a SheADV Trainers Roundtable participant and a passionate leader in the ADV community.
Jocelin Snow, West Coast Adventure Riders
Jocelin Snow is a powerhouse in the ADV motorcycle community, bringing decades of experience and a fearless approach to off-road riding. A certified BMW International Off-Road Instructor and BMW International Tour Guide, Jocelin has been coaching riders for over 20 years, helping motorcyclists of all levels build confidence and master big adventure bikes.

Cassie Maier is the founder and lead coach of CLEAR Moto, a motorcycle training program based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. With over five years of professional motorcycle experience and tens of thousands of miles spent guiding, coaching, and riding, Cassie is dedicated to helping riders enhance their skills and confidence. Her passion for teaching emerged when she discovered motorcycling, leading her to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all riders.
